Caesar Salad Dressing
This salad is a classic, zesty side dish.
Want more of a meal? Throw in some penne pasta!

Ingredients

½ cup vegan mayo

2 tsp dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tsp capers
-
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
-
2.5 tsp Liquid Gold canola or vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Simply blend all ingredients together.

Toss with chopped romaine. Sprinkle with vegan parmesan and homemade croutons, if desired.
Makes ~⅔ cup; 5 servings at 2 tbsp each.
