Magic Brownies
These delicious rich chocolate Edible brownies are easy to make!

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups granulated white sugar

¾ cup quality cocoa powder, sifted

1 teaspoon baking powder

¾ teaspoon salt
-
1 cup hot water or coffee
-
3/8 cup (6 tablespoons) vegetable or canola oil

1/8 cup (2 tablespoons) Liquid Gold Canola or Vegetable Oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Optional ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips or nuts

Blend the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Stir the 2 oils together then add the liquid ingredients and stir until the batter is blended.

Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven at 320 degrees until the top is firm and the center is no longer liquid. Baking time is approximately 25-35 minutes depending on the baking dish used. Please check often to make sure the brownies do not overcook.

Allow the brownies cool then cut into 12 equal squares. Please cut carefully to allow accurate dosing.
